The very first evening edition of the ‘eindejaarscorrida’ attracted some 5,000 sports enthusiasts to Leuven. Some to end the year sportily with friends or family, others to tear through Leuven’s city centre at a pace of just under 20 kilometres per hour. The corrida clearly continues to inspire even after all these years.
